We are pleased to present an entirely renovated and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment in the Fairmont Residence.

The rental price includes insurance, water, electricity, ADSL internet, air conditioning, heating, daily cleaning of the apartment (dishes will not be washed), changing of the bed linen twice a week, free access to the hotel’s swimming pool and the fitness centre.

20% discount on any invoices for food and drinks ordered from Room Service, as well as on the hotel’s laundry and dry cleaning services.

The rental includes: furniture, a kitchenette with appliances, utensils, dishes, crockery, cable TV, towels and bed linen.

There is a possibility to rent parking at an extra cost of 500 € per month.
