CHAMBRE IMMOBILIÈRE MONÉGASQUE
The Chambre Immobilière Monégasque officially represents the real estate professionals to the Public Authorities and the Fédération des Entreprises Monégasques.
Every member is compulsorily covered by a Bank Guarantee and insured for Professional Civil Liability. A disciplinary commission sanctions any unprofessional behaviour of the real estate agents, thus guaranteeing the professionalism of all associates.
MONACO WELCOME CERTIFIED
The Monaco Welcome Office is designed to improve the welcome offered to those looking to settle in the Principality, and to smooth their arrival in the country, the Welcome Office provides bespoke support for every individual and business.
By providing future residents and entrepreneurs with the tools and information they need, this unique service also introduces them, in accordance with their needs, to the people and organisations likely to be able to help them as they establish themselves in Monaco.
Located in the Fontvieille district, the Welcome Office premises are open every day from 9 am to 5 pm. Appointments can be conducted in French, English, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.
MONACO ECONOMIC BOARD
The MONACO ECONOMIC BOARD (MEB) promotes the economic activity of the Principality and actively participates in its development. A private law association created in 1999, the MEB is the operational arm of the Prince’s Government.
