CHAMBRE IMMOBILIÈRE MONÉGASQUE

The Chambre Immobilière Monégasque officially represents the real estate professionals to the Public Authorities and the Fédération des Entreprises Monégasques.
Every member is compulsorily covered by a Bank Guarantee and insured for Professional Civil Liability. A disciplinary commission sanctions any unprofessional behaviour of the real estate agents, thus guaranteeing the professionalism of all associates.

MONACO WELCOME CERTIFIED

The Monaco Welcome Office is designed to improve the welcome offered to those looking to settle in the Principality and to make their arrival in and adaptation to their new domicile as smooth as possible . As such , the Welcome Office provides bespoke support and guidance for every incoming individual or business.
By providing future residents and entrepreneurs with the support and information that they may need, this unique service also introduces them, subject to their individual circumstances , to the people and organisations which are likely to be helpful as they establish themselves in Monaco.

Located in the Fontvieille district, the Welcome Office is open every day from 9 am to 5 pm. Appointments can be conducted in French, English, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.

MONACO ECONOMIC BOARD

The MONACO ECONOMIC BOARD (MEB) promotes the economic activity of the Principality and actively participates in its development. A private law entity (association), created in 1999, the MEB is in effect the operational arm of the Prince’s Government.
