In addition, a large 20 meter seawater swimming pool and its surrounding facilities can accommodate more than 100 guests on a vast terrace offering striking sea views of Monte Carlo.

The main residence has eight elegant guest bedrooms with their own bathrooms, three reception rooms, a formal dining room for 24 guests and terraces facing South West with spectacular sea views.  The reception rooms include a very elegant salon leading to a library/TV room with rare Cordoba leather wall coverings, all leading to terraces with spectacular panoramic views to the sea.

Two cottages are conserved for the accommodation of on-site staff with a total of 9 staff rooms.

The tenant has the option of renting the villa with its resident staff, which includes a Michelin star quality chef, his assistant chef, a butler, valets, a beach boy and maids.  The property is uniquely offered from August until October.  The minimum rental periods is 2 weeks.
