We are pleased to present an entirely renovated and fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in the Fairmont Residence.

The rental price includes insurance, water, electricity, ADSL internet, air conditioning, heating, daily cleaning of the apartment (dishes will not be washed), changing of the bed linen twice a week, free access to the hotel’s swimming pool to the fitness and solarium.

20% discount on any invoices for food and drinks ordered from Room Service, as well as on the hotel’s laundry and dry cleaning services.

The rental includes: furniture, a kitchenette with appliances, utensils, dishes, crockery, cable TV, towels and bed linen. Extra bed: € 560 per month. Parking fees: 400 € per month. Upon request a small dog or cat can be accepted for an extra payment of € 360 per month. There is a possibility to rent parking at extra cost.
